He graduated from the College of Engineering of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, where he studied degree in Electrical Engineering. He obtained the degree of Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Section of Graduate Studies and Research of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute. Professor in the Electronics Engineering Program at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico City. Professor in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Program at the College of Engineering of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi. Undergraduate Advisor of the Electrical and Automation Engineering Program in the same College. Supports the activities of management and administration of Electrical and Electronic Laboratories in the Mechanical and Electrical Area in the same College. He is currently Professor in Electrical and Automation Engineering Program. He has taught subjects in the topics of electrical and electronic systems. Among the courses they are: Electrical Circuits, Electrical Machines, Electrical Power Systems, Logic Circuits, Digital Systems and Mathematics. He has presented papers at meeting about analysis, monitoring and control of electrical machines, also in areas the education in electrical engineering. He has taken courses on standardization, operation and digital simulation of electrical and electronic systems, so it has also taken courses on teaching, and advising and career guidance. He has been a member of the Technical Committee of the National Normed Undergraduate in Electrical Engineering. Member of the IEEE
