Archaeologist graduated from Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia , with a Master and Doctorate degree in Anthropology from UNAM. He has participated in 28 archaeological projects and has collaborated in paleozoological, archaeozoological and ethnozoological research. He has specialized in the study of modified bone from pre-Hispanic and colonial times. He directs the following research projects: "Worked Bone Project in Pre-Hispanic Mexico", "Arqueofauna Project in Pre-Hispanic Mexico" both projects generated in the Archaeozoology Laboratory of the Bachelor of Archeology; "Disseminating Archeology Project: learning from the past is gaining the present" of the Bacherlor in Archaeology; d) "Rancho Carabanchel Archaeological - Paleontological Project, Cedral, SLP" and Co-director of the "La Montesita Archaeological Project, Aguascalientes". He has written more than 70 publications including books, articles and chapters for dissemination and dissemination. He has participated in more than 100 national and international presentations in the field of Archaeology, Physical Anthropology and Biology. He is currently Professor-Researcher in the Bachelor of Archeology, also responsible for the Archaeozoology Laboratory of the same degree and Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Latin American Studies (PELTSC) of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Universidad Autónoma de San Luís Potosí ( UASLP).
