He is a Lawyer, has a Master in History and PhD on Social Sciences with a speciallity in Social Anthropology;


He is a Full Time Professor in the Law School of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi (UASLP);


He is the Coordinator of the Law Clinic in Strategic Litigation in Human Rights, since december of 2003 until today;


He is also the Coordinator of the Master in Human Rights;


He has been a Visiting Professor in several universities of Mexico (National Autonomous University of Mexico -UNAM- and Iberoamerican University) and of Latinamerica such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador;


He has published papers and book chapters on Social Rights from a critical legal perspective.
