Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the UASLP; Master in History at the Colegio de San Luis A.C .; PhD student in Humanities with a history in History from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana- Iztapalapa; and PhD student in Criminal Sciences and Criminal Policy from the National Institute of Criminal Sciences. She is a member of the Latin American Observatory of Human Trafficking and Trafficking; of the Taxpayers Network for the analysis of the UNODC Trafficking and Trafficking Jurisprudence; of the Federation of Women Univesitarias and of the Network of Defenders of Human Rights of Women. His lines of research are gender, law, history of law, peace and nonviolence
