Full time research professor at the Facultad de Estudios Profesionales Zona Huasteca of the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, Zona Huasteca, in Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, México. He is a certified lawyer from the Universidad Anàhuac-Mayab, in Mérida Yucatan, Mexico and he got his Phd in Commercial Law (Business Law) from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.He is a certified lawyer from the Universidad del Mayab, in Mérida Yucatan, Mexico and he got his Phd in Commercial Law (Business Law) from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. He is level 1 National Researcher at the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores of CONAHCYT. He is the author of several articles on industrial property law and corporate law. He is a member of the Basic Nucleus and professor of the Master's Degree in Human Rights of the UASLP. He is also a professor of the Master's Degree in Industrial Property, Copyright and New Technologies of the Universidad Panamericana Bonaterra Campus (Aguascalientes), and the Mixcoac Campus (Mexico City).
