Currently I develop several projects, experimental and theoretical, related to the design, synthesis and study of the properties of nanometric systems. Such systems are of great interest because they could be applied in future key technologies such as Nanoelectronics, the integration of III-V semiconductor materials with silicon-substrates or in the development of highly efficient solar cells.
