I am a full-time Research Professor at the Law School of the UASLP.  am a doctor in Criminal Sciences and Criminal Policy for INACIPE. I have a doctorate in educational management from CINADE. Also. Development of three lines of research: juvenile criminal justice system, criminal policy and educational research in law.
