Enrique Stevens-Navarro received the B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering with Major in Communications from Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP), San Luis Potosi, Mexico, in 2000, the M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering with Major in Telecommunications from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia (UBC), British Columbia, Canada in 2008. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Science of UASLP. His research interests include the design and evaluation of algorithms and protocols for advanced wireless communication networks. Dr. Stevens-Navarro is member of the IEEE Communications Society since 1999, member of the IEICE Communications Society since 2010, and member of the Mexican National Research System since 2010. He is also Senior Member of the IEEE since 2015 and regular member of the Mexican Sciences Academy since 2017.
