Environmental Sciences, graduated in the Instituto Potosino de Investigación
Científica y Tecnológica (IPICYT). He
has a Master of Environmental Biology by Institute of Ecology, and is Biologist
by Faculty of Sciences, both from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México
(UNAM). Their professional experience is focus in the plant ecology, energy
balance and microclimate of forest ecosystems. This kind of studies, also have
application in the urban ecosystems. He works as Professor-Research in the
Landscape and Urban Design career in the Faculty of Habitat in Universidad
Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP). His research focuses on environmental and microclimatic studies, urban planning of trees and vegetation in landscape projects, green spaces under ecohydrological principles, the relationship between green areas and society, as well as the benefits of natural spaces according to the theory of biophilia.
