For 20 years she has been teaching at a higher level, she has worked as a professor at the Higher Technological Institute of the West of the State of Hidalgo, Polytechnic University of Francisco I. Madero and the Autonomous Metropolitan University. As of 2010 she is a Full-time Professor at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí Altiplano campus (COARA).

It has four diploma courses and various courses related to teaching: training and development of skills, tutorial assessment programs, use of ICT and quality systems.

He has given several conferences related to his line of research, as well as workshops related to the preparation of healthy foods.
