From 1997 and up to date, the Bioclimatic Atlas research was proposed for the state of San Luis Potosí, where bioclimatic information of each municipality is presented in order to apply it in the home. Another issue is the sustainability of institutional housing with applications of bioclimatic design with the approach of solar control strategies and climate control strategies, in addition to the identification of the impact of the carbon footprint by the use of these in the home institutional and in rural housing. Approach of the investigation of the environmental performance of the constructive tradition of rural housing, as well as the habitability and comfort of housing in rural areas. The sustainability of buildings through the identification of the impacts of life cycle analysis. Environmental performance of the home through the monitoring and dynamic thermal simulation and thermal analysis of the architectural envelope. Bioclimatic study of educational spaces for the use of natural lighting and solar radiation control, through the proposal of the energy reconversion of the university area. Identification of the impact of Architecture and its involvement in climate change.
