gci@uaslp.mxArchitect from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, UAA, (1989-1994), he completed master's studies at the same university (1985 - 1987) obtaining a Master's degree in Urban Design, graduating with Honorable Mention for his performance and high average; From 2011 to 2014 he graduated with a PhD in Sciences of Anthropic Areas with an exit in Urbanism with the thesis: "Contemporary public space as a factor of socio-spatial cohesion".
At the beginning of his professional performance, he carried out private work in the field of architectural design, furniture design and graphic design from 1994 to 1997 to later join the public service until 2019.
Within the field of public service, he held various top-level positions in different municipal and state agencies.
He has developed independently, individually and as a team Urban Development Plans and Programs, standing out among others:
· Master Plan of the Area of the Former Railway Workshops in Aguascalientes, Ags.
· Urban Regeneration Program for the “La Pona - San Marcos” Corridor, also in Aguascalientes; for which he obtained the distinction of 1st Place at the national level in the Successful Projects contest in the "Sustainable Development" category.
· City Government Master Plan, Municipality of Aguascalientes.
At the same time, he works as a Professor at various universities from 1997 to date, currently holding the position of Full-time Research Professor at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí.
