As an important part of my work, I have published more than one hundred scientific publications in international journals and conferences where I regularly participate as a reviewer. Most of those publications are related to the field of nanomaterials. According to Scopus, Google Scholar and Research gate my work reaches three thousand citations and my h-index is twenty-three.  I authored six patents and have led more than twenty industrial projects; most of them are related to applications of nanoparticles in conventional products such as paints, ceramics, and fabrics. I have designed and implemented, for several, industries, pilot plants to produce metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles. Participation in technological development projects and links with industry has had a very important positive balance that has resulted in the creation of an experimental infrastructure in our institution.
