Chemistry Pharmacobiologist graduated from the Autonomous University of Coahuila. She studied for a Master's degree in Food Sciences at the University of the Americas-Puebla, and a Doctor´s degree in Food Sciences from the Technological Institute of Veracruz. Full-time Researcher Professor at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. He teaches the Food Analysis courses in the Biochemistry Degree, and is in charge of the Food Laboratory and Research, which is offered as a service to food producers. Likewise, he is the leader of the consolidated Academic Body of Applied Biochemistry, whose LGAC is "Impact of the Agricultural Production of the Huasteca Potosina on the environment and health". He currently works on the physicochemical characterization and antimicrobial activity of edible plants.
