In the development of his professional experience he worked as a Product and Manufacturing Engineer in the company Cummins Engine Company, implementing production lines and test cabins for assembled engines, Research and Development Manager and Project Manager in Valeo Alternate Electrical Systems , developing the alternators for various models of GM, Ford, VW and Nissan, including the Alternator for the Corvette, Ford Fiesta, Quest for Nissan and New Bettle for VW, Product Engineer for Eaton Truck Components, serving as project leader for the transfer of more than 290 models of clutches from US plants to Mexico, Engineering Manager at Remy, and later Plant Manager. Later he held the position of General Director of Development and Industrial Promotion in the SEDECO of the State of San Luis Potosí, managed the installation of more than 60 companies in San Luis Potosí in different municipalities of the State and in 2010 is appointed as Head of the Department of Bonding from the Faculty of Engineering of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí, where he also worked as a full-time Research Professor in the Mechanical and Electrical Area.

In October 2016, he is appointed by the Rector of the UASLP as Head of the Division of University Liaison, having charge of the departments of Internationalization, Social Service and Professional Practices, Graduates, Entrepreneurs, Continuing Education, Projects with Government Sectors , Social and Private, as well as the Office of Knowledge Transfer.
