As a researcher my training and work have focused on the design and control of robotic systems. My research interests include topics such as impedance/force control, vision-based control and modeling and control of robotic systems for rehabilitation. In 2012 I joined the UASLP as a full professor in Electronic Engineering and I have had the opportunity to supervise several thesis projects of undergraduate, master's and doctorate related to the modeling and control of robotic and health care systems.
