She is currently a researcher at the Law School of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí attached to the Degree in Criminology.

He is a member of the Mexican Association of Political Sciences and of the Mexican Network of Researchers in Organizational Studies.

She has political marketing studies from the Complutense University of Madrid, and has worked as a journalist and consultant.

She has won the State Prize for Journalism awarded by the Government of the State of San Luis Potosí in the 2006 Edition in the category of Reportage.

It has publications in national and international journals and has recently published the book "150 basic questions of Criminology and its relationship with other sciences".
