Since 2003, I have worked in the area of telecommunications for public and private universities in Mexico and abroad. I have experience in applying the methods and techniques of basic research to provide tangible solutions to telecommunications engineering problems in the industry and government institutions. Particularly, solving problems related to wireless communications and networks; using concepts and technologies such as cognitive radio, the Internet of Things (IoT), unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), software defined radios (SDR), cellular networks, satellites, virtual reality, industry 4.0, antennas, as well as measurements and optimization of the radioelectric spectrum.  Furthermore, I have more than 15 years of experience in training and consultancy. Therefore, training courses on the topics above mentioned are available upon request for both the industry and government. I have been Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Centre for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV-IPN) in Mexico City. Currently, I am an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering at the Faculty of Sciences of UASLP. I am a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), where I belong to the Signal Processing Society, Communications Society and Young Professionals Network. I am a Level I member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) of the Mexican National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT). I am also a research collaborator of the National Laboratory for Science and Technology of Terahertz.
