My work focuses on the development and characterization of mechanical properties of non-ferrous alloys and metal matrix composite materials. We evaluate changes in the microstructure of materials subjected to severe deformation processes and their relationship with changes in their mechanical properties. I have carried out studies on alloys with superplastic deformation capacity. We have studied the effect of grain size, the strain rate and the composition of the alloys.

I have participated in the characterization of some materials with magnetic properties.
