Ing. Geologist in Energy Resources (UASLP). Master's degree in Physical Sciences and PhD in Energy Systems (Environmental Engineering), at the University of Paris XII (France).
(1997-) Professor-researcher at the Faculty of Engineering, UASLP; he is currently the Head of Liaison of that dependency. He participated in the creation of the Multidisciplinary Postgraduate Program in Environmental Sciences (master's and doctorate), and also of the degree in Environmental Engineering, of which he was academic coordinator for 5 years. He was also Research Coordinator and Founding Member and Coordinator of the Engineering Student Mobility Program of the UASLP to French Universities.
He teaches the subjects of: Environmental Engineering, Impact and Environmental Risk, Waste Management, Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, Environmental Management and Urban Ecology. In these subjects, he directs theses of undergraduate and postgraduate students, who participate in research and application projects (with government agencies and the productive and service sectors). Invited professor at National Universities and speaker at numerous events of the Mexican Academy of Sciences.
Environmental consultant for national and international companies, and government agencies. He has studied diplomas, courses and workshops on topics: Environmental, Senior Management, Project Management, Teaching and Real Estate Administration.
