I am a Ph.D. in Basic Biomedical Sciences with a specialty in Neurochemistry. My research work focuses on the search for the effects of exposure to heavy metals as triggers of neurodegenerative diseases, especially Alzheimer's Disease. Other areas of research are environmental sciences and forensic chemistry.
