González Ortiz Jorge Horacio

He obtained his degree in Electromechanical Engineer in the Engineering School at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (U.A.S.L.P.). His PhD. is in Administration, granted by the same School. Now he is Full Time Professor, level VI, at UAM ZM. He is also member of the CAEC – 226; "Studies for regional and organizational development".
