Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Master's Degree in Human Resources and Business Management, PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She realized stay research at Business School of the Maastricht University, Holland, Universidad Carlos III and Psychology Faculty, UNAM. Currently works as a full-time Researcher Professor at School of Accounting and management in UASLP. She has work experience in ​​human resources area in private companies of the financial sector and academic and research experience on teamwork and leadership in hospitals; collaborative learning in higher education institutions. She has been a speaker at international, national and local events, with topics related to teamwork, learning and leadership. Her papers has been published in different scientific journals like he Spanish Journal of Psychology, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Revista Mexicana de Psicología y Journal of Business and Psychology.
