gci@uaslp.mxDr. Rosalba Badillo-Vega studied Psychology at the University of Heidelberg in Germany and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. She received her Ph.D. in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Kassel.
Since 2018 she is professor for Leadership and Knowledge-Management and since 2023 is also Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Psychology of the UASLP. She has been researcher at the International Center for Higher Education Research ( INCHER-Kassel) and at the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre of the University of Applied Sciences of Münster (MUAS) in Germany. She was lecturer at various Universities in Latin America and Europe and Principal at the German School in Mexico City.
She has experience in higher education management, training of leaders, and international cooperation projects, working closely with the German Academic Exchange Service.
Her research interests include leadership in organizations, innovation and organizational development, as well as knowledge and technology transfer (KTT) and internationalization.
She was a visiting researcher at the Stanford University Sociology Department during the autumn of 2012. Actually, she is speaker in different international programs, member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico (Level I), national coordinator of Higher Education, Science & Technology of the Mexican Council for Educational Research (COMIE), member of the International Network for Online and Open Education Research ( REDIC) and associate member of the International Center for Higher Education Research (INCHER-Kassel).
